WE THE PEOPLE OF CHAMPAGNE engaged
in the production of that wine which bears the name of our Province
of France, humbly offer our unanimous and heartfelt Congratulations
upon the happy and auspicions Occasion of the TWENTY FIFTH anniversary
of Your Majesties Accesion to the Throne.
AND
IT IS our great honour and privilege to beg Your Majesties
to accept as a mark of the very deep seuse of respectful admiration
which we bear towards You A SILVER AND ENAMELLED CASKET containing
a CHAMPAGNE GLASS OF SEVENTEENTH CENTURY WORKMANSHIP one
of the very earlliest glasses made in England for the consumption
of sparkling Champagne, and the oldest now in existence. We also
offer a book of reference authenticating it.

PRAY NOW and at all times, that Your Majesties may be spared and strengthened
in health and happiness for many years and that the blessing of Almighty
